Two worlds

Porcelain by day.
Eclipse by night.

Not a half-baked dark mode: two complete designs, each with its own typography, materials and way of telling your day. Switch whenever you like — everything follows, fasting and keto included.

Porcelain

LIGHT

Cream, a warm serif, raised medallions. Readable in full sun, calm the rest of the time.

Éclipse

DARK

Frosted glass, deep halos, gradient numerals. Made for the night, and for people who like it to hit.

The same diary in the dark Eclipse world.
What actually changes

Three seconds to understand your day

What you have left to eat, large, at the top. Then macros, fiber, water and steps. Every element can be tapped to reveal the detail without leaving the screen — dense information that never overwhelms.

Scan it, type it, it's logged

Barcode, search, favorites, recents, your own dishes. Save your usual portions once — “my bowl”, “my slice” — and keep them for good. The cart builds a whole meal that you log in one gesture.

Your meals, your rhythm

Four meals by default, up to six. Rename them, reorder them, delete what you don't use. Breakfast at 3 pm or five snacks a day: nobody here will tell you that's the wrong way.

Far more than calories

Vitamins, minerals, fiber: what your plate actually gives you, with clear daily coverage and the foods behind it — day after day, with nothing for you to calculate.

Intermittent fasting

Your fast lives inside your diary.

No extra tab, no second app. A quiet band settles at the top of your diary — and disappears the day you stop. It starts on its own when you log dinner, and you can take it back by hand at any time.

Scheduled day by day. 16:8 on weekdays, looser on weekends, Thursday off. It's your life, not a protocol.

Eating is always allowed. During your fast, the app simply asks whether you'll eat it later or you just ate it. Nothing is blocked, nothing is judged.

Not fasting? The app will never bring it up. No card, no badge, no notification.

The journey

Finally know what's happening inside you.

Digesting, transition, switching over, ketosis: the six phases of your fast, with the time you passed each one and what is actually going on. Written honestly — we also tell you what science doesn't know yet.

Indicative markers, never a diagnosis. No invented measurements, no promises down to the minute.

The controls

Time bends to your hand.

Fast two hours longer and the app tells you what it changes. Eat earlier, resume fasting at the time you choose, fix a start it read wrong. Every suggestion states its consequence before you touch it — and a single tap turns it down.

And one question at sign-up — “when do you eat?” — decides once and for all whether fasting exists for you.

Keto · vegetarian · vegan · paleo

An app that follows your diet.

Tell us how you eat and the app reorganizes itself. On keto, the diary switches to net carbs, shows your daily budget and tells you whether your day stays compatible — total minus fiber minus polyols, the maths is visible, not hidden.

Your allergens — and their traces if you ask for it — are filtered out across the whole search. You only see what you can eat.

Your goal

A goal worth celebrating.

Your starting weight, your target, your pace. Instead of one distant number, milestones you cross one by one — and the app tells you the date you'll get there at your current pace.

Your goal also decides what the app offers you: this is where fasting is turned on, tuned or removed. One single place, never scattered across ten settings.

Product recalls

Alerted before you're exposed.

A nutrition app that tells you what you eat should also tell you what to stop eating. Official product recalls land inside the app, filtered for your region, sorted by severity and by how recent they are.

The full notice. Reason for the recall, sale dates, affected batches, retailers, region — nothing summarized in a rush.

And above all: what to do. Compensation terms and health guidance, in plain words, instead of a link to an administrative PDF.

Your region, remembered. Pick it once and it filters everything. You can look at another one any time without reconfiguring a thing.

What you eat is nobody's business but yours

No ads. No reselling. No lectures.

Your data is yours

Your weight, your meals, your fasting: never resold, never used to target you. Export everything or delete everything, whenever you like.

An app that doesn't guilt-trip you

No red streak, no “you failed”. A fast broken early is still a fast on record. Goals adjust to you, not the other way round.

Free, actually

Every feature, no ads, no crippled version that asks you to pay at your third meal.

Frequently asked questions

Is the app free?

Yes, entirely. The full tracker — calories, macros, fiber, micronutrients, water, steps, custom meals, barcode scanning, intermittent fasting and product recalls — is free and ad-free.

Do I have to fast to use the app?

No, and that's a design decision. One question at sign-up decides whether fasting exists for you. Answer “whenever I'm hungry” and the app will never bring it up again — no card, no badge, no notification. You can turn it on later from your goal, if you ever feel like it.

Can I switch visual worlds?

Any time, in two taps, with a preview of your real data for the day before you confirm. Porcelain and Eclipse both come in light and dark, and can follow your iPhone's system setting if you prefer.

Does keto mode track net carbs?

Yes, and the maths is shown in the open: total carbs minus fiber minus polyols. You see your daily budget, what's left, the split across meals, and whether your day stays compatible with ketosis.

Where do the product recalls come from?

Official consumer recalls published by the French authorities. The app formats them, filters them for your region and lays out the compensation terms and health guidance — without adding anything of its own.
